Obituary

Rose Cordova, age 63, of Lorain, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Mercy Hospital, Lorain, following short illness.

Born December 21, 1957 in Lorain to the late Tony and Alexandra (nee Mojica) Cordova, she lived in Lorain her entire life.  Rose enjoyed cooking and watching scary movies.

Surviving are her children, Ivan Cordova and Anna Fonseca both of Lorain; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Eloy Baca of North Ridgeville and Anthony “Tony” Cordova Jr. of Elyria; and sisters, Yolanda Collins of Elyria and Elizabeth “Lisa” Cordova of Lorain.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Larry Cordova; and a sister, Margaret Cordova.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 13th from 11 a.m. until the time of services at 1:00 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral and Cremation Specialists, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain.  Deacon Rocky Ortiz will officiate.
